Hi, I’m Tim Schoffelman, Owner of DaleTree. I’m a huge believer that my employees should love the place they work… even if it’s just for a small season of their life. Our work can be hard and challenging, but that doesn’t mean you should shy away from it. Because with those difficulties come an opportunity to overcome and accomplish something bigger than any one of us.

I also believe my employee’s should be better than me, and should be rewarded accordingly. The most obvious is appropriate compensation, but it also gives room for acknowledgement from the me and the rest of the team, along with appreciation, kindness, breathing room, support, and thankfulness.
